  • Added Soffit Vents. When needed, we may add Soffit Vents to your home to ensure proper air flow into your attic on the underside, thus allowing the hot air to flow out of the Ridge Ventilation System.
  • Repair of Any Damaged Decking. If your roof has any damage to the decking, especially water damage, we repair it with new decking to ensure a nailable surface.
  • New Underlayment Rubber Mat. This product is a peel-and-stick rubber mat that we lay in all the valleys and other low slope areas of your roof where ice, snow, and water may try to build up or sit. This ensures that your decking has a superior level of protection even in extreme weather conditions.
